Day 01: Haridwar – Josimath (220 KM ) 6-7 hours

ITM Holidays reprsentative will meet you at Haridwar, Our representative will explain the tour scheduled in detail and handover all the tour related documents to you. Later straight drive to Joshimath. Enroute visit Devprayag (Confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi and Rudraprayag (Confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini River). Evening reached Sari, check in your Homestay / Guest house.  Overnight stay in Lodge at Joshimath.

Day 02: Joshimath (1875m) – Gulling (2900m) / 5-6 hrs Trek

After morning breakfast and a short drive later, we will reach the starting point of our trek. From here, we will begin hiking to Gulling, cutting through the Auli meadows which are ideal for skiing. On our way through the forests, we will glimpse the Nanda Devi peak among other mountains, before we reach the sprawling prairies of Gurson. Next, we will climb down through Oak, Chestnut, Deodar and Maple trees to arrive at our campsite at Gulling. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 03: Gulling (2900m) – Khullara Top (3225m) / 4-5 Hrs Trek

After breakfast, we will start our trek to reach Khullara, ascending the pastures full of grazing sheep. 4-5 hours later, we will reach Khullara. Here, you are treated with marvellous views of the Chaukhamba, Kedarnath, Neelkanth, Dronagiri, Haathi-Ghodi, etc. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 04: Khullara (3225m) – Kuari Pass (3900m) – Tali Top (3350m) / 7-8 Hrs Trek

With a 5:00 am breakfast, we start our day’s trek on the ascending slopes of a challenging rocky terrain which will take us to the Kuari Pass. Walking through deep snowy routes, the dawn will greet us with the warmth of mesmerizing views, including the Nanda Devi and Trishul peaks. After taking in the magical surroundings, we will resume our walk down to the camp where we will unwind and celebrate. If you arrive early at the base camp, you can even trek down to the Tali Top camp. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 05: Tali – Auli – Joshimath (2550 mts/8364 ft) /5-6 hrs& 1 hr Drive

This morning is the morning at ease. The trail from Tali is a gradual climb across mountain ridge. This trail is narrow and requires cautious walking until it reaches Gorson meadows. From here its all Himalayas all around. Great Nanda Devi peak is utmost admirable and dominating amongst the many. The crossing of Gorson meadow is real fun and most enjoyable walk. Finally the man made concrete contractions could be seen from a distant marks the village of Auli. It’s time to say bye to the ponies and porters. Board a Jeep to town of Joshimath which is 13 kms drive. Joshimath is a happening market-place and serves as a supply to nearby villages. Overnight in hotel.

Day 06: Joshimath (1875m) – Haridwar / 7-8 Hrs Drive

We will depart from Joshimath to Haridwar and say goodbye to all your trek companions who must have become your good friends, pack-up your bags and take back some memorable moments and adventurous memories home with you.

 

Inclusions:

  • Transport from Haridwar to Haridwar
  • Accommodation in Homestay/Guest house and Camps on triple sharing basis and double sharing basis only for couples.
  • 3 meals in each day (Breakfast, Lunch Dinner). Pack Lunch while on the trek.
  • All the necessary trek equipment. All the permits required First aid kit with the trek guide
  • Experienced and professional trek guide for the entire trip.
  • Basic first aid kit, medicines and oxygen cylinders.

Exclusions:

  • Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance (Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own).
  • Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason.
  • Any accommodation, travel or transport outside of the above itinerary for any reason.
  • Meals other than Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks.
  • Any expense of personal nature or any gifts, tips or donations.
  • Any drinks, tips for the guide and porter etc.
  • Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion.
  • Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather etc.

Note:-

  • Pick up from Haridwar Railway Station will be at 1000 HRS on Day 01 and on Day 05 drop will be at 1930HRS
  • Minimum number of people required to run the departure is 05
